Copyright & Ownership:
  • Copyright ownership of the photographs displayed within the website is exclusively owned by the photographer & website owner, clients hold the right to print, share & use the images for personal or commercial use, depending on the contract. Clients may post the photographs taken during their photo shoot onto social media, including commercial clients.


  • Copyright ownership of designs & photographs displayed on mugs, T-shirts & other merchandise sold within the stoned photography website is explicitly owned by the photographer & website owner. Copyright exists the moment the design is created. Purchasing merchandise grants a license for personal use only, not for resale or reproduction.


  • Copyright ownership of all videos posted on this website via YouTube is explicitly owned by the photographer & content creator who recorded the videos displayed. Copyright ownership of the stoned photography live stream is explicitly owned by stoned photography & the host of the live stream. Copyright ownership of all videos on this website is explicitly owned by stoned photography, credit for viewer submitted content will be shown on the end screen.


  • Copyright ownership of content sent in by viewers is explicitly owned by the submitter, this includes photos, videos & audio. When submitting content such as photos, videos or audio, you are granting stoned photography a license to use your content for the stoned photography news live broadcast or prerecorded story, the stoned photography blog & the autistic stoner YouTube channel. 


Payment & Booking:

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for booking a photo shoot, failure to pay within 24 hours of booking may result in you losing your spot on the schedule. The $50 deposit is part of the total cost of your session, this means you pay the cost of your session minus the $50 upon arrival. Payment is accepted through PayPal, cash is accepted upon arrival on the day of your photo shoot but only if the $50 deposit was paid when booking, the session does not exist unless the $50 deposit was paid while booking.


  • Payment for merchandise such as mugs & T-shirts is done with PayPal.


  • Once a session is booked, you may reschedule for a later time at no additional cost. If you don't pay the deposit after booking, the session you  not be added to the schedule.

Sales & Shipping

  • Stoned photography uses gelato for print on demand services to help eliminate stock shortage for custom photo based gifts & apparel, this means shipping is also handled by gelato. When you purchase photo based merchandise from stoned photography, you are allowing stoned photography to share your shipping information with gelato for fulfillment. Sales of digital goods suck as photographs will either be shipped or delivered via email, depending on if you want a physical item like a USB or digital picture frame for example.
