• Copyright ownership of photographs displayed within the website is exclusively owned by the photographer & website owner, all clients hold the right to print, share & use the images for personal or commercial use, depending on the contract. Clients can post the photographs taken during their photo shoot onto social media, including commercial clients. When posting photographs online, credit the photographer for their work, by not doing so, you may violate copyright laws. Copyright exists the moment the photograph is created.

• Copyright ownership of designs & photographs displayed on mugs, T-shirts & other merchandise sold within the stoned photography website is explicitly owned by the photographer & website owner. Copyright exists the moment the design is created. Purchasing merchandise grants a license for personal use only, not for resale or reproduction.

• Copyright ownership of videos posted on this website via YouTube is explicitly owned by the photographer & content creator who recorded the videos displayed. Copyright ownership of the stoned photography live stream is explicitly owned by the photographer & host of the live stream, this also applies to any custom emoji used in the live stream chat.

Payment & Booking:

• A $50 non-refundable deposit is required for booking a photo shoot, failure to pay within 24 hours of booking may result in you losing your spot on the schedule. The $50 deposit is part of the total cost of your session, this means you pay the cost of your session minus the $50 upon arrival. Payment is accepted through PayPal, cash is accepted upon arrival on the day of your photo shoot but only if the $50 deposit was paid when booking, the session does not exist unless the $50 deposit was paid while booking.

• Payment for merchandise such as mugs & T-shirts is done through PayPal. Tipping in the stoned photography live stream is done through PayPal or cash app.

• Once a session is booked, you may reschedule for a later time at no additional cost. If you don't pay the deposit after booking, the session you  not be added to the schedule.

Sales & Shipping

• All sales are subject to stoned photography's return policy. Customers may request a refund or replacement for merchandise damaged during shipping, photographic or video evidence may be required to qualify for refund or replacement. Canvases & mugs sold by stoned photography as merchandise may be returned within 7 days of receiving their order, merchandise must be unopened to qualify. Stoned photography uses a print on demand service for merchandise, this bundles both production & shipping into one package, shipping will be handled by gelato.

• All sales of "buy one, give one to someone in need" merchandise are final, the second item would've most likely been given away to someone in need. Every time you buy "buy one, give one to someone in need" merchandise, the same item will be given to someone who's living on the streets.
