Abolish ICE Movement

The abolish ice movement is a progressive-led campaign advocating for the dissolution of the U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) agency, founded in 2003. Critics argue the agency operates with excessive force, separates families, violates human rights, and engages in racial profiling. With the murder of U.S. born citizens, Renee Nicole Goodman & Alex Pretti being two victims from January 2026, abolishing ICE would help reduce the number of democide, the intentional killing of unarmed or disarmed persons by government agents. With Alex and Renee being two white U.S. born citizens, it shows that nobody is safe from ICE. Congressman Shri Thanedar introduced the Abolish ICE Act in January 2026, aiming to dismantle the agency and reallocate its functions.

This is my gallery containing the many photographs from the many abolish ICE protest I have attended. Most protest go smoothly but there are some that don't go as planned. Check out the photographs I've taken from the protest I attended in the biggest little city in the world.

January 31, 2026

January 31, 2026 was pretty much like your average protest until it wasn't. The protest occurred on the Virginia street bridge like usual but somewhere between 3:00-3:30PM, a cyclist was hit by a tan or gold colored SUV. The cyclist was taken to the hospital, the vehicle was gone before the police arrived on scene a couple of minutes after the hit & run. You can see the very moment the cyclist was loaded into the ambulance, fully aware of what's going on. The protest ended after the cyclist was hit by the vehicle, you can see the video from the camera in the sky, most likely mounted on the city hall.
